Who holds which authority

Member schools
Each admitted school holds one membership and one vote, elects directors, and holds the powers reserved to Member Schools in the bylaws.
Board of Directors
The Board governs the corporation, admits schools, oversees records and finances, and exercises the powers not reserved to Member Schools.
Officers and staff
The President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer carry out the Board’s work. The pilot is volunteer-run and has no paid staff.

The bylaws permit an annual membership fee. The Board has set no member fee for the 2026–27 Club Play pilot.
